Starting Point

Starting point is the fire station. Please, do not block the station with your car!

First Riddle

You will find a sign denoting the name of the suburb that the station belongs to (hint: seven letters). Take the letters of the name, convert them to letter codes (A=1, B=2, etc), and sum up all letter codes. Multiply the number by two and add eight. This will be the number of meters you will have to walk into the direction of the fields (hint: this will lead you away from the traffic lights).

Second Riddle

When you have reached the end of your counted meters you will find hints to answer the following two questions:

1. When was the suburb that the fire station belongs to first mentioned? Hint: take the first of the year dates in the text.
2. When could the church completely annex the parish? Hint: take the first year after the occurence of "St. Cassius".

Take the smaller year of the first answer, sum up all the digits and multiply by two. This will be the number of meters you will have to walk back into the direction of the fire station. Take the year of the second answer, sum up all the digits and multiply by two. This will be the number of meters you will have to walk to the right. This is where you will find the cache. Good luck!
