Ingelheim's „Neue Mitte“ (New Center)
Since 2014 Ingelheim is building a new town center – the so-called Neue Mitte. On an area of 16.000 m2 new buildings are constructed for trade and service shops, culture and housing. Most of it is already complete. The Neue Mitte also features the new town square, which you can watch by Webcam (cam link / website link).
The geocache
To log this cache, fetch someting red – a red jacket, cap, scarf, bag, towel, umbrella oder whatever –, go to the cache coordinates and look to the south-southwest. The cam takes a single picture every full 10 Minuten; so you must be at the right place at a time like 13:00, 13:10, 13:20 etc. Then you save the picture within less then 10 minutes and add it to your found log entry.
Saving the webcam pic
If you have a Windows PC at home, download this tool, copy the files to somewhere and run webcam-ingelheim.cmd. Now a webcam picture is saved every eight minutes on your PC. After visiting Ingelheims town square, you just need to pick the photo of the right time.
Otherwise you can try to save the picture on your smartphone, or ask someone to save it for you.

Zwischen zwei Terminen hatte ich etwas Zeit um mich ablichten zu lassen. Leider waren die Uhrzeiten nicht ganz synchron und der vorgesehene Stellplatz war belegt aber mit etwas ausharren konnte ich den roten Tupfer abspeichern. Ich bitte die Bildqualität zu entschuldigen.
