Solange durch die Bauarbeiten ein Vordringen bis zur Cam nicht möglich ist, dürft Ihr mit einem Bild von der Schleuse mit Euch selbst oder Eurem GPS loggen!
Make sure you are visible on the webcam and ask a friend to make a copy of the webcam image. You should hold your GPS in the right hand, use the water in the lock as background.
Beware, 'mouse click right and save image' does not work on the original web cam site. Use 'Alt-Print' to copy the complete window to the clipboard. 'Mouse click right' does work on this site here!
Enter http://www.ilmenau.baw.de/ftp/wsa-ko/webcam/fankel/unterw/snap.jpg as link to the cam in El-Achimo's Webcamservice.
Upload the webcam image with your log. More pictures are allowed, if there is heavy traffic and lots of ships are visible.
To proof that you were actually there, upload a picture that shows you with GPS at the info panel or anywhere else where we can undoubtly identify the Bruttig Fankel Lock. Logs without proof will be deleted!
If the webcam does not work during your visit, you are allowed to log the cache with just the proof picture.
Stellt sicher, dass Ihr auf der Webcam sichtbar seit und bittet einen Freund das Bild am PC abzuspeichern ('Rechtsklick auf's Bild und speichern'). Ihr solltet Euer GPS in der rechten Hand halten, benutzt den Wasserkanal als Hintergrund.

Fügt das Webcambild Eurem Log hinzu. Wenn in der Schleuse gut was los ist, ladet weitere Bilder hoch!
Als Beweis, dass Ihr tatsächlich an der Schleuse wart, fügt ein Bild hinzu, was Euch mit GPS vor der Informationstafel oder der zweifelsfrei identifizierbaren Bruttig Fankel Schleuse zeigt. Logs ohne Beweis werden gelöscht!
Sollte die Webcam während Eures Besuches nicht funktionieren, genügt das Beweisfoto um zu loggen.

Mhh, hier wird eine zweite Schleuse gebaut, ein Vordringen zur alten Schleuse haben wachsame Bauarbeiter verhindert,
Daher ein Foto aus der Ferne.

Nach einer kleinen Moseltour dann bei der Schleuse vorbei geschaut. Mit dem PDA, mit dem ich Geocache, und meinem mobilen Internet dann direkt vor Ort und im Blickfeld der Kamera das Bild selbst gesichert ;-)
Da der Blickwinkel der Webcam nicht so günstig ist, liefere ich auch noch das Bild von der Hinweistafel mit.
