The windpark has been erected in fall 2002, consisting of 11 windpower constructions, an expansion up to 30 generators was planned, but not (yet) realised. It has 19.25 MW installed output, up to 45.5 GWh current output per annum. Each rotor has a diameter of 66 metres, with a overall weight of 23 tons. The tower containing the generator has an overall weight of 100 tons, with a fundation of 400 tons. To reach the windpark, a toll road has to be used (toll fee 5.- Euro), or the car has to be parked about 2 km downhill. Public transport is almost impossible, maybe a guided tour by bus is available.

Nach der nebligen Wanderung zum Zinken haben wir natürlich auch noch diese paar Schritte hier zum Cache gemacht. Nebel war so dicht, dass man das obere Ende vom Windrad nicht mal sehen konnte. 2022 ist wohl unser Jahr der Windräder, jede Menge größerer Geschwister haben wir heuer schon an der Nordsee und Niederlande bewundert.
Die aktuellsten Infos über die Windräder hier beim Windpark haben wir im Internet nachgelesen inkl. Video vom Flug von H. Arch zwischen den Rädern durch. Beeindruckend.
Bei der Dose alles bestens und sauber wie am ersten Tag. Sehr löblich.

Heute mal von Weißkirchen eine Mountenbiketour zum Windpark gemacht um die Dose zu suchen.Als ich durch die schlammige Baustelle war wurde der Cache schnell gefunden.Danke fürs zeigen dieser schönen Aussicht

Hallo miteinander
Ulf 650 und ich waren heute in der Region Biken und als ich mich von meinen GPS zum Cache lotsen lassen wollte war der WP nicht vorhanden. Alle Bekannten Cacher waren auf Tour nur Frau Knackerl musste noch arbeiten. Danke an dieser Stelle.
