Bade- & Kletterspaß in der Raabklamm

Dieser Cache ist auf geocaching.com disabled und hier nicht mit dem Attribut "OC only" versehen. Das letzte Funddatum liegt lange zurück und die Logs bei geocaching.com lassen darauf schließen, das der Final defekt ist. Da der Owner hier lange nicht mehr eingeloggt war, archivere ich nun das Listing. Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben und der Cache wieder aktiviert werden, so kann dies durch den Owner selbstständig über die Funktion "Cache bearbeiten" erfolgen.

First I left my car at the suggested parking coordinates, then after walking for a while I read the logs and wasn't sure if I would end up on the "correct" side. So I went back to my car and drove closer to the hiding place. I then left the car at a nearby bus-stop.
Walking down to the river I now really ended up on the wrong side, but switching sides there was quite easy and didn't involve any swimming 
From the other side it was no problem at all to reach the cache location - quite a nice place.

Oh my dear - what a cache. After gebu's cache I was already a bit tired. So I decided to approach this cache directly from the street and not from the suggested parking coordinates. The reception was a bit jumpy, but due to the spoiler picture I knew approximately where I would have to go. It was, however, not easy for me to arrive there given my current handicap.

After crossing the river, I arrived in the target area. There another challenge waited for me. I needed quite some time to reach the cache - it would have been easier with longer legs or at least two healthy legs. Finally, I managed to find a way to approach the cache in a sufficiently safe manner. I was very glad that I found the cache at the place where I had expected it to be - I would not have had the energy to climb up down and up again. I needed many parts of my body, including my hands to get to the cache and back down again. My actions must have looked quite ridicuously for an observor with no idea about my goals.

Thank you for showing me a nice place at the Raab where it is deeper than at most places I am aware of. Despite the closeness of the road, the location is nice and can be recommended to be visited in Summer time.

Willkommene Abkühlung nach der bis jetzt doch recht ausgiebigen Tour. Wenn ich gewusst, hätte, dass es noch viiiiiieeel schlimmer wird, dann wär' ich gleich in der Raab geblieben [:D] .
