Institute Beach is at the southern end of Livermead Beach. The headland that it nestles against is visible from most of Torquay sea front from the Harbour out to Hope's Nose. Most notable is the lettering painted on the cliff by the nearby hotel.

The cache should prove an easy find, but is classed as "Difficulty 2.5" because of the stealth required at some times during the year. It may be advisable to schedule your hunt for "off-peak" times. Please be stealthy. Please replace the cache, hiding it as well or better than found. Thanks, and enjoy the cache.
