Theoretisch: Ja!

Theory and practice – so often worlds apart but sometimes going hand in hand with each other.

At one hand this cache is dedicated to the marriage of Christiane and Kai (June 27th 2009). Its location near the university is reminiscent of their theoretical work and practical getting to know each other over there.

At the other hand this cache is a little walk on the Brühl, the certain city district actually coming back to life since years – in theory (1 | 2 | 3 | 4). But, practice looks different – with some laudable exceptions (1 | 2).

Now take a little walk on the Brühl and look around. This boulevard has past one's prime but there are still things around to discover.

The walk starts at the northern end of the boulevard at N 50° 50.694; E 012° 55.574. From there the walk to the final location reaches about 1 km. Altogether, the circular path's length is about 1,5 km.

With pen and paper you need to collect the following informations while walking on the Brühl:

• B = Number of female bronze statues standing in a group
• D = Number of the house where a lady is lying bare naked in front
• G = Number of letters in the name of a former liqueur store (The name reminds on the colour of brandy.)
• L = Number of lanterns standing in line in front of the Rosa Luxemburg School
• Z = Number of lights attached on each of the lanterns from L

The final coordinates of the cache are

N 50° 50. [L + Z - B] [D - G + L]
E 12° 55. [G - B] [D - L² - Z² - B]

Now, it is just a little walk for reaching your goal. Don't be surprised. The final is not located in the Brühl area.

Important Remarks:

• On weekdays, you may easily attract the attention of people behind office windows! Either wear gardener's or caretaker's outfit, or search the cache in the evening (after 18/19 o'clock).
• For opening the container, I attached a tool, so please be careful when retrieving the container.
