DEUTSCH:
Der historische Ansitz Schloß Rametz wurde bereits 1227 als bedeutendes Zeugnis der Weinkultur erwähnt. Umsäumt von alten Zinnen steht es inmitten eines sonnigen Weingutes, heute Weinkellerei und Restaurant.
ITALIANO:
La storica tenuta di Castello Rametz viene menzionata già nel 1227 come possedimento significativo nel campo della viticoltura, ed è dal 1860 che per la prima volta in Alto Adige viene coltivata la vite del Pinot Nero.
ENGLISH:
The first mention of Rametz Castle as an important wine-growing estate dates back to 1227. In 1860 the first Pinot Noir grape-vine in South Tyrol was planted here.

Auf einem Rundgang durch das Villenviertel von Meran auch hier vorbeigekommen und schnell gefunden. Für eine Weinprobe hatten wir leider keine Zeit. DfdC

28 October 2011 E-Fuzzy found the geocache

Zuerst an den falschen Fässern gesucht, ein Blick auf´s GPS brachte aber schnell Erleuchtung und dann war es nur noch ein Griff.
In der Dose waren dann sogar noch leckere Gummibärchen für unsere Geokid´s.
