This webcam in Kornwestheim shows the former Kulturhaus (house of culture) which is now being rebuilt into the Kulturzentrum (cultural center). Expected costs are 19.6 million Euro ("cost limit"), additionally ca. 4.5 million Euro for things like furniture (depending on extent).

To log the cache: Find the URL of the webcam, take a white and a yellow or yellow-green bag (or plastic bag or backpack or other item of at least 40 cm by 40 cm) and save a picture by the webcam of you with the two bags (e. g. with a smart phone, in Safari point to the image for some time, or by a friend in front of a computer) and upload it to you log entry. Instead of the bags you can also take somethings else into the picture which identifies you for this cache, e. g. a large opencaching logo - be creative! Because of the position and resolution of the webcam it needs to be large so that it can be recognized, minimum line thickness estimated 40 cm.
