Eingang bei N39° 29.003, E003° 15.779.
Die prähistorische Siedlung Hospitalet Vell an der Landstraße von
Manacor nach Cales de Mallorca eine Talaiotsiedlung (1700-1200/1100 v.
Chr. Epoche der Naviformes und 1200/1100 - 123 v. Chr. Talayotische
Epoche).
Besonders bemerkenswert ist der quadratische Talayot, von dem eine Säule
und Bedachung aus großen Steinplatten sowie eine rechteckige
Einfriedung erhalten sind.
ACHTUNG / SEHR WICHTIG:
1. Das Eingangstor ist unbedingt immer sofort wieder zu verschliessen, weil dort Schafe auf dem Gelände leben.
2. Auf das Grundstück darf man auf KEINEN Fall mit dem Auto fahren.

The archaeological site of S´Hospitalet Vell (prehistoric periods
naviform era 1700-1200/1100 BC and prehistoric talayot era 1200/1100 -
123 BC) you will find on the road from Manacor to Cales de Mallorca.
ATTENTION / VERY IMPORTANT:
1. Please always keep close the gate at the entrance. There are livestock (sheep).
2. Also do NOT drive with your car into the talayotic area.

Very nice place! I was on vacation at a nearby resort and went for a walk to discover the ruins, the cache was a nice addition to the walk.
First cache in Spain and first on OpenCaching, probably not the last!

Volvemos a visitar la zona. En esta ocasión: para poder registrar el caché 😉😊.
Ya nos gustó mucho la visita la primera vez que descubrimos este lugar.
Además: es muy adecuado y entretenido para ir con niñ@s (se les plantean varios juegos en los diferentes paneles informativos).
Por favor, respetar el monumento. No es necesario tocar ninguna piedra (recordar que en la pista dice que es magnético).
*Por cierto: acabamos de descubrir que también está aquí (en OPENCACHING.DE). Ahora ya lo tenemos registrado en los dos sitios.
