I have solved the puzzle part a long time ago. For me the puzzle was not difficult although my background knowledge in the relevant area is very small.
Today I was in the area and visited this cache as first cache of the day. It was easy to find and badly covered. I tried to cover it again a little bit better. The location is interesting in its own right.
Thank you for leading me there.
