The beech hedge called Les Charmilles is the longest one of Belgium, with a length of 573 m. The green tunnel consists of 4700 beeches, 60 to 70% of them are older than hundred years. This tree hedge was cultivated in 1885 on behalf of J. R. Nys, a former entrepreneur.

Park your car at N 50° 28.102' E 005° 46.749'.

Go to the two pillars that mark the beginning of Les Charmilles.

Before you start your walk through the green tunnel don’t forget to look to the right.
There is a memorial for a noble lady.
Note when she died: ab. Decembre cdef.

Now walk and enjoy the landscape.
At the end of the tunnel you will find a bench, there you can rest and calculate where to search for the cache.

It is hidden at N 50° 28.(b-a-e,d/2,c)' E 005° 46.(b-c,b,a-e)'.

Wie zuvor angekündigt erfolgt hier nun die Archivierung. Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben, so kann dieses Listing durch den Owner selbstständig über ein "kann gesucht werden"-Log reaktiviert werden.
Falls Hilfestellung gewünscht ist, dann einfach mich oder das Team kontaktieren.

Ist der Geocache auch auf anderen Webseiten veröffentlicht, so muss die Beschreibung immer auf allen Webseiten aktuell und vollständig gehalten werden. Aktualisierungen der Beschreibung müssen zeitnah auch auf den anderen Plattformen vorgenommen werden.

Hier stimmt leider das Listing nicht mit geocaching.com (GCGQBK) überein, denn die Finalformel und der Hint sind unterschiedlich und das Spoilerbild fehlkt hier. Der Owner sollte hier dringend das Listing aktualisieren, bis dahin setze ich den Status auf "Momentan nicht verfügbar". Sollte innerhalb eines Monats (04.02.2017) keine Rückmeldung erfolgen, werde ich den Cache archivieren.

Mooie korte wandeling door een lange groene tunnel en daarna de cache goed kunnen vinden.
Mooi bedachte cache.
