A nice pleasure-round - like holiday cycling in Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg or Holland...
The tour leads you over cycle paths or minor used roads. There are short rumble-passages, in general the path is suitable for childrens and children's cycle-hangers. It' some 8.5 km to the cache, the whole tour has 12 km.
You can also get to the starting point by train - Sennebahn (stop Windelsbleiche).

Dieser Cache ist auf geocaching.com archiviert und hier nicht mit dem Attribut "OC only" versehen. Das letzte Funddatum liegt lange zurück und die Logs bei geocaching.com lassen darauf schließen, das der Cache nicht mehr existiert. Aus diesem Grunde archiviere ich ihn auch hier. Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben und der Cache wieder aktiviert werden, so kann dies durch den Owner selbstständig über die Funktion "Cache bearbeiten" erfolgen.

Wie wahrscheinlich ist es eigentlich, dass man an diesem Final ein anderes Team trifft?
Aber von vorn: Bei prächtigem Winterwetter haben wir unsere Fietsen gesattelt und sind ab durch die Senne. Eine schöne und abwechslungsreiche Runde ist das! Viele Ecken kannten wir noch überhaupt nicht und waren positiv überrascht. Wenn da nicht immer diese A2 im Weg wäre...
Das Final ist ja schon berüchtigt und so mussten wir dann auch tüchtig suchen. Hat richtig lange gedauert. So viel Efeu, so viel Laub! Nach einer ganzen Weile -- wir hatten uns gerade entschieden, das Spoilerfoto zu nutzen -- trafen zwei weitere Radler ein, die in der Nähe Halt machten. Wir standen eh schon planlos im Wald und beschlossen, die Sache auszusitzen. War aber relativ schnell klar, das wir es hier mit "Kollegen" zu tun hatten. Dann also mit vereinten Kräften!
Schließlich mussten wir einsehen, dass wir zu sehr auf die Technik und zu wenig auf den Hint geschaut haben. Nach kurzer Neuinterpretation des Hints hieß es dann: "Dose!"

Das Murmeltier

Es ist vollbracht! Nachdem ich vor zwei Wochen nicht fündig wurde, konnte ich heute den Cache heben. Der neue Hint und der Log von Heinrich von Aspelkamp ließen mich noch mal an einer Stelle suchen, die ich vorher nicht angeschaut hatte, weil sie etwas abseits lag.

Heute endlich mal in der Gegend zu tun gehabt und die Mittagspause gleich für´s Cachen genutzt. Am Final dauerte es etwas länger, zu sehr auf´s Navi verlassen, Ausschalten hilft oft weiter. Systki in: Isolierband

Besuch der Finalkoordinaten gefunden. Beim ersten Versuch hatten wir

Hallo
Nach einigem Hin und Her und nach intresantem Rechnen den Cache doch noch gefunden.
Dies war mein erster Fahrradcache. War eine interesante Runde. Ist allerdings komplizierter, als wenn man zu Fuss unterwegs ist.
