The
Event takes place on June, 28. 2008 at the coordinate specified
above. It is arestaurant with a wonderful view over the Bodensee
and the surrounding.Meeting place:
starting from 6.00pm o'clock.
Well, as surprise, planned is still another Cache, which is switched free to the event. Note: it will be spoken not only about ham radio, main topic here is and remains Geocaching.
From 27. to 29. of June 2008 the 33. International Ham Radio Exhibition "HAM RADIO" with HAMtronic - electronics, InterNet and computers on the new fairground in Friedrichshafen will take place. Many amateur radio operators from Germany and foreign countrys will meet there. Actually a lot of amateur radio operators are addicted to Geocaching, so we intended to plan a Geocaching event at the same time.
Further more we decided, to get together in exhibition hall A1 at the Stand 651 (of the AGCW DL) daily at 03:00pm o'clock. It is laid out a logbook and I will be available at the stand most of the time. I would be pleased to be able to welcome a couple of Geocachers also there.
Opening times of the fair: Friday - Saturday from 09:00am to 06:00pm o'clock
Sunday from 09:00am to 03:00pm o'clock
admission fees: - daily ticket 7,50 EUR
- 3-day-badge 14,00 EUR
- daily ticket reduced 6,00 EUR
- 3-day-badge reduced (reduction for pupils, students, pensioners, handicapped persons, people liable for military service and civilservice-carrying [against submission of ID]) 12,00 EUR
- young people of 12 to 18 years 4,00 EUR
- children until 12 years free entrance
- groups starting from 20 persons (per person) 6,00 EUR
- parking lot 3,00 EUR

Attention Cachezone shoppers: Event Drops and Event Sponsoring
Our online shop offers "event-drop" shipment to Geocaching events. If at least 3 parties place event drop orders for a geocaching event in Germany, then we deliver the goods to a common delivery address (please ask Grillmeister & Korbmacherin for the address) at NO CHARGE. In addition we include free gifts to sponsor the event, these can be given away at the event or can be used for a prize drawing.
Proceed as follows:
1. Select a common delivery address.
2. Place your orders, as delivery option choose Event Drop, as delivery address enter the common address, in the comment field put the name and waypoint of the event
3. Order deadline is one week prior to the event, in this case June 20, we ship the goods one week prior to the event to the common address
4. We will add gifts to the delivery with a value of at least 10% of the total order amount.

Auch ich bin froh dass ich an diesem voll gelungenem Event teilgenommen habe. Bei lecker Essen und Bierchen habe ich die angenehme Runde in vollen Zügen genossen.
Danke an DL3BZZ, der Grillmeister und die Korbmacherin für die gute Organisation und noch mal an den Grillmeister für die Führung an den urigen Brunnen.

Super, toll, prima Organisation.
Auf dieses Treffen habe ich mich schon lange gefreut, bot sich doch hier die Gelegenheit endlich viele Cacher/innen persönlich kennen zu lernen von denen ich schon viel gelesen habe und/oder in Kontakt stehe. [:)]

Und wieder war es ein schönes Event mit immer mehr Geocachern aus nah und fern.
Alles hat wieder gestimmt, Stimmung, Wetter, Leute, Essen, wieder ein Feuerwerk auf schweizerischer Seite. Und ein paar schöne Überraschungen für die Teilnehmer vom Shop Cachezone.
Vielen Dank noch einmal an den Grillmeister und die Korbmacherin sowie das Team von der Krone.

Wenn ich auch nicht so lange bleiben konnte, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe: es war wieder ein Super-Treffen, neue und altbekannte Gesichter gesehen, nette Gespräche, tolle Atmosphäre. Danke an das Organisationsteam für dieses Event.

Damit es auch
wirklich ein gelungener Abend wird, hatten wir in der letzten Zeit die
Zahl unserer Qualitätskontrollen der Location deutlich erhöht, einmal
haben wir sogar mit den Kässpätzleprofis des DL3BZZ-Expertenteams
zusammen getestet Nach
Abgaben der Wirtin waren wir insgesamt mehr als 80 Personen, gemeldet
waren bis zum Nachmittag etwas weniger als 70 Leute, reserviert war
nach den Daten vom Vortag mit "60 gemeldet, könnte bei diesem Wetter
mehr werden...." Uns
hat der Abend riesig Spaß gemacht, Stimmung und Wetter waren toll, die
Gespräche mit anderen "Verrückten" waren aber für uns der eigentliche
Höhepunkt des Events. Gegen
Mitternacht wurden wir nach innen geräumt, wo uns Pingu noch zu einer
Runde auf sein neues Lebensjahr eingeladen hat. Danke dafür! Vielen
Dank an Lutz für die Organisation und die Verlosung, an Cachezone für
die Spenden, an die Teams für die netten Unterhaltungen!
Da aber das Bewirtungsteam genauso felxibel war
wie die Dosensuchergemeinde, klappte es trotz der vielen hungrigen
nichtcachenden Feriengäste recht gut.

Wie immer - tolles Event - und die Verantwortlichen haben das mit dem Wetter wieder mal ganz toll hingekriegt. Bis Mitternacht sind wir im Biergarten gewesen - und danach noch ein wenig in der Kneipe.

Wenn nichts dezwischen kommt bin auch ich voll dabei. Aber was soll dazwischen kommen das ich diesen Event aufallen lassen müsste. Bin schon gespannt. Hoffendlich sieht man sich vorher noch einmal.
