WebCam - Dam Square

Ok, the camera is so far away I really could pretend to be anyone one this crowded square.
So I placed myself in front of the white statue.
It was fun :-)

de duitse opencaching heeft caches in Nederland, tot mijn verbazing.

op de webcam sta ik naast de 1945. dat is rechts onder, maar niet met de roze regenjas, even links daarvan. staand op de rand, en wachtend tot ik in beeld kom op de live feed (heeft wat vertraging)

Uns dias de férias para visitar alguns países do centro da Europa, nomeadamente Luxemburgo, Alemanha, Bélgica e Países Baixos.

Foram uns dias fantásticos na companhia de bons amigos.
Andamos imenso (até doerem os pés 😔), comemos e bebemos quanto baste.😀

Visitamos o máximo de locais que nos foi possível, apesar de estarmos muito condicionados, pois o tempo disponível foi sempre pouco. 😁

Naturalmente que fizemos bastantes caches.
Até porque as caches levam-nos a locais bonitos.
Caches houve em que a língua dificultou, e muito, o entendimento dos objectivos. 🫣

O tradutor, nem sempre traduz o verdadeiro significado que o woner nos quer transmitir.
Por vezes até baralha mais.🤔🫣
Espero que o respectivo woner tenha isso em consideração e me conceda uma benesse, quando necessário. 🤗🫡

As the camera was turning we only had to wait until it looked in our direction. But I think the pictures it showed were at least 20 seconds old.

Found on a class trip to Amsterdam.

The WebCam some how got stuck. I wasn't able to see myself.

Took us a while to figure out how this works, the camera image seemed to lag a bit. But ee succeeded eventually. I am the one with red coat.

Our flight got canceled, so Cache_Less and I had 24 hours extra time, so we decided to use the gained time wisely and went for some geocaching.

Since we didn't have any data on our mobile phones we where not able to check weather the webcam is online, so we made other pictures instead... hope that counts as well!

After our flight got cancled FranCo_bain and I had one day in Amsterdam... yey let's go geocaching... one more country in our statistic!;)

Because we didn't have data on our phones we couldn't check the webcam...  but we took a photo of us in front of the webcam!  I'm the one in the wooden shoe...

Da habe ich etwas gebraucht, bis die Kammera wieder 'vorbeikahm'.

Die Zeitverzögerung muss man gut einschätzen.

Heute auch an dieser Webcam vorbeigekommen. Also mal das Livebild abgeschaut und festgestellt, dass es doch etwas verzögert darstellt ... also in möglichst gute Position gebracht und gewartet.

Naja, die Position war dann doch nicht soooo optimal: der Baum hat sich vor die Linse geschmuggelt ... aber zum Glück hatte ich ein knallgelbes T-Shirt an, dass die Identifizierung einfach gemacht hat.

Nachdem der Eartcache über Geocaching absolviert wurde, haben wir auch noch die Webcam anvisiert :-)

Danke für den kleinen Spaß, war gar nicht so einfach, den richtigen Moment abzupassen.
