This virtual cache leads you to a monument along the coastline. Our destination is a bunker from WWII between the dunes. It was built to defend the coastline as a military fortification. The bunker has been restructured in 1947 into a mausoleum that serves as a memorial site.

Inside the monument, there are signs in memory of the fallen deminers. How many are there?

A photo of you (or your nickname) in front of the monument is appreciated.

PS: This spot is also a stage of my "Adventure Lab Cache" around Sabaudia.

La géocache a besoin de maintenance. 03. décembre 2025 novw trouvé la géocache

I can not count the plaques, because the gate is locked. Again I have to start at 1 and finally hit the right answer. After finding a number below 10 I squeezed my phone thru a hole and counted 4 more plaques. So the answer I am supposed to give is WRONG!
