This building was used as a restaurant for a long time, partially known as a very good place to eat. After a few changes of ownership one current owner transformed it into a retirement home. At about the year 2000 the retirement home was closed, due to a necessary renovation, which couldn't be done in a economical way because of several, enhanced regulations. Since then it was sold at least once more, and somebody stored several building materials in front of it for a couple of years. In the meantime several windows are broken and some graffitis were placed on the walls.
As one isn't allowed to step close to the building, the cache was placed a bit away from the building, next to the parking spot.
