"Lost Place": Hotel Carpe Diem
Gegründet als Konrad Adenauer Haus, auch genannt Kolping, wurde in 2 Abschnitten von 1966 und 1967 erbaut und diente als Familienstätte. Nach dem Umbau im Jahre 2000/01 wurde es zu einem Hotel umgestaltet.
Nach der Pleite des Hotel "Löwenzahn" wurde es in Hotel "Carpe Diem" unbenannt. Im Jahre 2019 kam es zu einem Brand durch ein Feuerwerk. Es begannen die Versuche es zu renovieren, stand danach aber leer.
Seitdem Krieg in der Ukraine hat man dann dort Flüchtlinge untergebracht, weil es sonst unbewohnt und die Zukunft ungewiss ist. Dadurch ist ein sogenannter "Lost Place" weil es sonst unbewohnt ist.
