A quick multi-cache for those who want to stretch their legs a little bit on their way south. And for icon hunters.
Access: only from the A61 southbound; rest area Höchen
shortly after the exit Sinzig
Length: ~350 m
Ascent: ~10 m
Duration: ~20 minutes
Remarks:
- At each station there is a laminated copy of a geocoin. The tracking number of the coin is needed to calculate the coordinates of the next station. Digits of the tracking number can be used directly, letters have to be replaced with their position in the alphabet ("A"=1, "B"=2 and so on).
- Use the hints for a quick find.
- Bonus: This cache is part of the cache series "Broilers Märchenstunde". You will find a question for the planned "Broilers Märchenstunde Bonus-Cache" in the lid of the cache box.
The story:
Once upon a time there were a fox, a wolf, and a bear who had found a treasure. However, soon afterwards they began to argue how to divide the treasure most justly. The bear, who saw himself as the leader of the trio, asked the fox and the wolf to make a suggestion. The fox was the first to do so. The fox said: "We take pieces of the treasure in turns, until there is nothing left. Then every one of us three has an equal part!"

There you will also find the laminated copy of a geocoin, of whose tracking number you need the third (=A) and the last (=B) letter/digit in order to caclulate the coordinates of the next stage using the following formula:

Den Fuchs(1.Station) gut gefunden, die Position der 2. Station zwar gefunden (bestätigt vom Owner),aber leider kein Behältnis.
Die Gegend ist nicht die sauberste. Das besondere Publikum an diesem Ort, auch nicht jedermanns Sache.

Gut gefunden, vielen Dank. Micro 1 lag auf der Wiese, beim 2. war alles in Ordnung, nur den Cache haben wir etwas suchen müssen. Für Eltern mit Kindern ist dieser Cache leider nicht zu empfehlen (sorry), was da so an der Endlocation rumlag...haben wir so noch nirgends gesehen. Trotzdem vielen Dank, die Idee mit den Coins ist sehr schön.

Heute nach Feierabend hier angehalten. Den Cache wollte ich schon die ganze Woche machen, es kam aber immer was dazwischen. Die Stationen gut gefunden, doch auf dem Weg zum Final kam mir erst ein jüngerer Mann entgegen, dann wurde ich von einem etwas älterem Herrn verfolgt, der sich auch lange in dem Waldstück aufhielt so dass ich erst mal unauffällig woanders suchen musste. Nachdem er dann verschwunden war konnte ich den Cache dann schnell loggen.
Auf dem Rückweg habe ich dann auch den Grund herausgefunden: aus dem Gebüsch unterhalb kamen seltsame Laute, die sogar den Autobahnlärm übertönten und als ich wieder im Auto saß kamen im Abstand von 50 m genau diese zwei Herren den Weg hinunter! Aha!
Dem Cache aber trotzdem eine Coin spendiert!

Heute war hier ganz schön was los. Viele Reisenden, die mal dringend wohin mussten und die Polizei, die mich wohl als potentiellen "Wildpinkler" beobachtete.
Dennoch konnte ich den Cache unbemerkt erreichen.
Aber auch hier gilt: ich hatte keine Angst von Muggels überrascht zu werden, sondern eher Muggels beim sch***** zu stören. [:D]
