The gasholder from the Pula gasworks have been out of service for some time but are still preserved and are the last remaining gasholder in Croatia. The gasworks and the gashaolder were probably built around 1912 to produce so-called town gas from coal for street lighting. The coal was probably transported from the harbor to the gasworks by a cable car.

Some buildings are still occupied or in use. Others are empty and some are only in ruins.

Take a photo of yourself or a personal item or a sign with your cacher's name where the gas tanks are visible and attach the photo to your log.
