This is the last attempt of the year to incite all cachers nearby to also use nōn-mainstream platforms. Please do log on all platforms on which you have an account and possibly note where you found this event. Remember there’s more to GPS Stash Hunt than Groundspeak (“living off the fat of the land”) and (not‐so‐)OpenCaching.

As usual we’ll meet at the wooden benches on the parking lot near the Mehlem Church St. Severin, on Friday, 24ᵗʰ November 2017, starting at 18:00 local time (open end, but the event will last at least half an hour), for casual chatting, exchange of hitchhikers, hints, callsigns (telephone, hamradio), etc. and reminisce about GPS Stash Hunts past and future. Those who wish to can get some ice cream, waffles, or other foodstuffs from nearby then sign the logbook (GC7EJCT • GE0329 • OC14154 • TC6W67).

We’ll move to the pavillon at the ice cream parlour upon bad weather.

After that weekend the Ghirardi family is going to start their deserved vacation, but one has the chance for another day or two to be served some delicacies here.

Fitting the GC waypoint “GC7EJCT” the motto of this event is “eject the year 2007 safely”.
