Wenn alle Brünnlein fließen Nr. 1 – Forstquelle

This is the first cache of a series that will guide you to springs and wells around Heidelberg. The area is very wet. Therefore, there are numerous springs in the surrounding hillside. Many of the springs are curbed in wells, which deliver excellent drinking water. The “Forstquelle” is easily reached by car. This opportunity is regularly used by its customers. Usually, the spring delivers a lot of water and the tanks are quickly filled.

Originally, we had deposited a small cache, but it was muggeled. Now we temporarily replaced it with a Micro (please bring your own pen) at a slightly different position. Let's see how it will develop. If it survives for the next couple of months, maybe we can put back a small box.

Please wait for a lonely moment to retrieve the cache. You can park directly in front of the “Forstquelle” (space for 1-2 cars). So it is a drive-in. Please be careful, because it is difficult to see the whole street. Sometimes, absent-minded scientist speed to the EMBL to rescue their experiments. This rare, endangered species requires our special attention.

This series of wells has a bonus cache which you can only find when you answer one question for each of the six other wells. For getting the co-ordinates, you have to combine the answers properly.
