Stadtmauercache Berching

You have to find the searched towers and gates to mark them on the printed map on your way around the city wall of Berching.

When you've found them all, they show you the way to the hidden cache.

You need a pen, a ruler and the map to print. You can get the map below at the uploaded images or from this link:

You can see a recommended route where you reach every gate and tower. Of course you are able to walk your own way, too.

The searched towers and gates

1.) At this gate are horses made of steel. They glow at night.

2.) This tower is the only round tower next to a playground.

3.) This gate is next to the Museum of Local History.

4.) This tower is often called the "Stork Tower" because it has a nest on its roof.

The cache

• Draw a line from the gate from the first puzzle through the ice cream parlour "La Piazza" (green dot on the map). Where this line crosses the city wall is a tower.
• Connect the tower you just found with the one from puzzle two.
• Next, connect the results from the last two puzzles.
• There are two lines at your map now. The cache is hidden at the spot where these lines cross each other.

Hints:

• There are stairs at the "Pulverturm" where you can go onto the wall.
• When you are searching the cache, look carefully near the joist which is marked with "XXIIII" ;).
