🏛️ A pesti kávéházak nemcsak a társasági élet és a kultúra központjai voltak, hanem a magyar történelem legfontosabb eseményeinek is otthont adtak. 🇭🇺 Közülük is kiemelkedik a Pilvax kávéház, ahonnan az 1848–49-es forradalom és szabadságharc útjára indult. ☕ A kávéházat eredetileg 1838-ban alapították Café Renaissance néven, majd nevét a későbbi tulajdonosáról, Pilwax Károlyról kapta. ✍️ Petőfi Sándor és a márciusi ifjak – a Tízek Társasága – rendszeres törzshelyüknek választották ezt a helyiséget. 📜 1848. március 15-én innen indultak el a fiatalok, hogy megfogalmazzák a 12 pontot és felolvassák a Nemzeti dalt. 🏙️ Bár az eredeti épületet a 20. század elején lebontották, a mai Pilvax közben működő kávéház továbbra is őrzi a márciusi ifjak emlékét és a 19. század forradalmi szellemét. ✨

🏛️ Pest's cafés were not only centers of social life and culture, but also played host to the most crucial events in Hungarian history. 🇭🇺 Among them, Pilvax Café stands out as the birthplace of the 1848–49 Revolution and War of Independence. ☕ Originally founded in 1838 as Café Renaissance, it later took its name from owner Károly Pilwax. ✍️ Sándor Petőfi and the 'Youth of March' – the Society of Ten – chose this place as their regular headquarters. 📜 On March 15, 1848, the young revolutionaries set off from here to draft the 12 Points and recite the National Song. 🏙️ Although the original building was demolished in the early 20th century, the café operating in today's Pilvax Alley still honors the memory of the March Youth and the revolutionary spirit of the 19th century. ✨
