Lo stemma simboleggia la presenza della famiglia austriaca Neideck a Riva. Giorgio III Neideck, infatti fu principe vescovo di Trento dal 1505 al 1514 ed espugnò il monte Bastione, conquistato dai Veneziani durante il XV secolo.
Lo stemma è dedicato a Eustachio Neideck, fratello di Giorgio Neideck, e alla moglie Catarina von Firman, figlia di Bartholomeus I e Elisabeth Taenzl von Trazberg.
Lo stemma è partito, di forma ovale, e la scultura è in bassorilievo senza tratteggio; gli scudi sono a targa e affrontati.
Il blasone di sinistra raffigura tre conchiglie poste l’una sull’altra in banda.
Il blasone di destra raffigura due fasciati: i pezzi del primo sono caricati da sei rovesciati del secondo.
