The monument was donated by the Lions Club for the people of Gibraltar.
To log the cache a password is needed. - Its the date on the backside of the monument (Format YYYY-MM-DD).

3 weeks of holidays
together with TedRedhair. Day 11 of 22 was our
first day in Gibraltar and fully decidated to exploring the upper rock.
After crossing the border, we could quickly answer the question for this virtual.So this is the first OC cache I found in Gibraltar.
