Webcam-Cache at Slavija
To log this cache you need to take a picture with this webcam while you standing on the manhole cover (the thing which prevents you from falling down into the sewer), and holding your navigation device up in the air. This should then look like this picture:
The webcam
The webcam updates every second or so and there is a public WiFi avilable at the spot.

Tungmar
has maintained the cache
I updated the URLs to the new ones. The camera did slightly change, now you have to bend a little bit to be in the picture ;-)

has disabled the cache
The webcam seams to not work currently. Have to check that.
After a nice evening in the city of Belgrade we stop by to log this cache. Tftc :)
