The "War Memorial" is dated 1969 and is located at the centre of the small park located to the south-east of the Civic Tower, including a small fountain and a small skating rink.
The sides of the pedestal of the monument bear the names of the soldiers who fell during the two world wars and behind the monument, there are two original pieces of war equipment: a ground-to-air missile and a machine gun, both donated by one of the many military schools that are based in Sabaudia.
How many soldiers, citizens of Sabaudia, died during the fascist era?
A photo of you (or your nickname) in front of a piece of war equipment or somewhere in the park is appreciated in the log.
