🌳 Óriások nyomában – Veszprémi Nagy 🌿💚
🍃 Látogass el Veszprém vármegye egyik legszebb természeti matuzsáleméhez, a nagylevelű hársfához! 🌳✨
🌳 A nagylevelű hárs: A nagylevelű hárs (Tilia platyphyllos) hazánk egyik legszebb őshonos fafajtája. 🍃 Akár több száz évig is elélhet, de a legidősebb példányok kora az ezer évet is megközelítheti! ⏳ Ez a tekintélyes faóriás 30-40 méter magasra is megnő. 📏 Fiatalon kúpos lombkoronája idővel boltozatosan a magasba tör 👑, törzsét pedig mélyen barázdált, göcsörtös, rusztikus kérge teszi igazán karakteressé. 🪵 Még a sziklás, szinte talaj nélküli törmeléklejtőkön is megkapaszkodik szétterpeszkedő, felszínen kanyargó gyökereivel. 🪨 A párásabb, hűvösebb klímát kedveli 🌧️, és junius elején nyíló virágai bódító, kellemes illattal árasztják el a környéket. 🌸🐝

🌳 The Large-leaved Linden: The large-leaved linden (Tilia platyphyllos) is one of Hungary's finest native tree species. 🍃 Individuals can live for several centuries, with the oldest specimens approaching nearly a thousand years of age! ⏳ This majestic tree giant grows up to 30–40 meters tall. 📏 Its canopy, conical in youth, reaches high into a vaulted dome as it matures 👑, while its trunk is defined by deep, gnarled, and rustic bark. 🪵 It anchors itself firmly even on rocky, nearly soil-less scree slopes using its sprawling, exposed roots. 🪨 Preferring cooler, more humid climates 🌧️, its early June blossoms fill the surrounding air with a sweet, enchanting fragrance. 🌸🐝
