To find the cache first find out the most famous bridge in the town. There you'll find 4 dates. The 2nd is A, the third B.
Now calculate
X = A - 1672
Y = B - 1463
Go to N 43° 08.X E 024° 43.Y
Looking over the water you'll see some willows. The cache is under the rightmost.
