About the location

Numerous observation towers provide a great view of the area. You can have a fantastic view of Lake Balaton, the Hungarian Sea, from the observation ball in Balatonboglár and from the tower in Fonyód (both subject to a fee). There are also many popular viewing platforms for free, some of which are somewhat hidden, for example in Hévíz, from which you can gaze out over the surrounding forests and hills. This is located near the Dr. Vilmos Schulhof Square, which commemorates the well-known doctor who ran one of Europe's most modern clinics in the field of rheumatology and orthopedics in the 1930s and 40s before he was deported to Auschwitz and was never able to return.

About the cache

Get on the platform and enjoy the view. How many lightning rods is the platform secured with? The answer (as a number) is the log password. Add a picture of the view or platform to your log.

Frankenmädels on tour 😁
Auf Reise durch Ungarn mit Zauberfrau01 hier Station gemacht.

Hier mal den Ausblick genossen und überlegt, wo man einen Blick aufs Bad werfen kann und ob wir nur ein wenig spazieren oder uns auch ins feuchte Nass begeben.
Gut, dass hier ein Virtual und ein Tradi liegen, sonst hätten wir wohl nicht hergefunden.
