2020 mĂĄrciusĂĄban vette ĂĄt ezt a cĂmet az Ăhuta közelĂ©ben ĂĄllĂł duglĂĄszfenyĆ. A fa magassĂĄgĂĄt hagyomĂĄnyos mĂ©rĂ©ssel 55,2 mĂ©terben ĂĄllapĂtottĂĄk meg. A fenyĆ törzskörmĂ©rete 320 cm (2022-es mĂ©rĂ©s). A legĂșjabb lĂ©zeres mĂ©rĂ©s szerint a fa egyik szomszĂ©dja is gyakorlatilag ugyanilyen magas.
đČ DuglĂĄszfenyĆ
A duglĂĄszfenyĆ Ăszak-Amerika nyugati partvidĂ©kĂ©n Ćshonos örökzöld fenyĆfĂ©le. Eredeti Ă©lĆhelyĂ©n akĂĄr 100 mĂ©ter magassĂĄgĂșra is megnĆhet. EurĂłpĂĄban Ă©rtĂ©kes faanyaga miatt, illetve gyors növekedĂ©sƱ dĂszfĂĄnak telepĂtik. HazĂĄnk Ă©ghajlata alatt csak közepes termetƱ fĂĄvĂĄ cseperedik.
A zemplĂ©ni Nagy DuglĂĄszos törtĂ©nete a 19. szĂĄzad vĂ©gĂ©re nyĂșlik vissza. Ekkor kezdett hĂĄromhutai birtokĂĄn nagyszabĂĄsĂș fenyĆ telepĂtĂ©sbe bĂĄrĂł Waldbott Frigyes. ElsĆsorban lucfenyĆt ĂŒltettetett, de kĂŒlföldrĆl szĂĄrmazĂł fenyĆfĂ©lĂ©kkel is gazdagĂtotta a faĂĄllomĂĄnyt. CĂ©lja az ĂŒveghutĂĄk Ă©s a faszĂ©ntermelĂ©s ellĂĄtĂĄsa volt. UtĂłdai nagy gondot fordĂtottak a fenyves ĂĄpolĂĄsĂĄra, nevelĂ©sĂ©re.

HĂĄromhuta a ZemplĂ©ni-hegysĂ©g mĂ©lyĂ©n fekszik. HĂĄrom, többĂ©-kevĂ©sbĂ© kĂŒlönĂĄllĂł telepĂŒlĂ©srĂ©szbĆl ĂĄll: Ăhuta, KözĂ©phuta Ă©s Ăjhuta.
A RegĂ©c hatĂĄrĂĄhoz tartozĂł erdĆs hegyvidĂ©ken II. RĂĄkĂłczi Ferenc alapĂtott ĂŒveghutĂĄt 1698-ban. 1916-ig folyt az ĂŒveggyĂĄrtĂĄs, tokaji borospalackokat gyĂĄrtottak itt. Az ĂŒveggyĂĄrhoz kapcsolĂłdĂłan alakult ki a hĂĄrom telep, RegĂ©chuta, KözĂ©phuta Ă©s Ăj-RegĂ©chuta (mai nevĂŒkön Ăhuta, KözĂ©phuta Ă©s Ăjhuta). Ezek a 19. szĂĄzad utolsĂł harmadĂĄban RegĂ©ctĆl elvĂĄlva egyĂŒttesen alakultak önĂĄllĂł közsĂ©ggĂ© HĂĄromhuta vagy RegĂ©ci-HĂĄromhuta nĂ©ven.

đČ In the Footsteps of Giants â The Douglas Fir of Borsod đČ
đ The Tallest Tree in Hungary
The Douglas fir standing near Ăhuta claimed this title in March 2020. Using traditional measurement methods, its height was determined to be 55.2 meters. The trunk circumference of the fir tree is 320 cm (measured in 2022). According to the latest laser measurements, one of its neighboring trees is practically just as tall.
đČ Douglas Fir
The Douglas fir is an evergreen conifer native to the west coast of North America. In its native habitat, it can reach heights of up to 100 meters. In Europe, it is planted for its valuable timber and as a fast-growing ornamental tree. Under the Hungarian climate, it grows into a medium-sized tree.
The history of the "Nagy Duglåszos" in the Zemplén Mountains dates back to the end of the 19th century. It was at this time that Baron Frigyes Waldbott began large-scale conifer planting on his estate in Håromhuta. He primarily planted Norway spruce, but enriched the forest with foreign conifer species as well. His goal was to supply glassworks and charcoal production. His successors took great care in nurturing and cultivating the pine forest.
đĄ HĂĄromhuta
HĂĄromhuta lies deep in the ZemplĂ©n Mountains. It consists of three more or less distinct settlement parts: Ăhuta, KözĂ©phuta, and Ăjhuta.
Francis II RĂĄkĂłczi founded a glassworks in 1698 in the forested mountainous area belonging to the border of RegĂ©c. Glass production continued until 1916, producing Tokaj wine bottles here. Connected to the glassworks, three settlements developed: RegĂ©chuta, KözĂ©phuta, and Ăj-RegĂ©chuta (now known as Ăhuta, KözĂ©phuta, and Ăjhuta). In the last third of the 19th century, they separated from RegĂ©c and formed an independent village together under the name HĂĄromhuta or RegĂ©ci-HĂĄromhuta.
