This well is located along one of those many small roads through the woods around Heidelberg. The road is not one of the main roads, so to speak. You use it only if you have a good reason, for instance getting water. The fountain pours quite well. Typically there is a Ford Transit with a two-wheel-hanger and three cheerful muggles in front of it. They have a good talk and fill some fortyseven 50-liters-tanks one by one. This may take a loooong, loooong time.

To give you a chance to look for the cache before the Greek Calends, we have hidden the box a bit offside. Considering that the co-ordinates might be erratic in the woods here is a description how to find the cache:

Follow the trail to the right of the well up-hill. After an estimated 30 m there is a knee-high rock at the immediate right and a rotten stump at the left of the way (distance rock-stump ca. 1m). Now enter the woods to your left (bearing ca. 290°). After ca 15 m there is a large rock (> 1m) with a smaller rock aside. Search in this area.

This series of wells has a bonus cache which you can only find when you answer one question for each of the six other wells. For getting the co-ordinates, you have to combine the answers properly. For the bonus cache (GC1REGW you should remember:

Auf dem Weg zum Sternegucken im Planetarium Heidelberg haben wir auch hier einen Spaziergang gemacht und die neue Dose gefunden. Tftc!

Liebe Leute, Zeit für etwas neues hier an diesem Ort bei Opencaching

Auf unserem heutigen GeoGassi am Nachmittag waren der Cachedog "Mondi" und ich - mal wieder - in einer Challenge-Mission unterwegs. Für eine Nickname Spell-Challenge musste noch ein "Y" her ... allerdings nicht irgendwann einmal gefunden, sondern im aktuellen Jahr. Der Naheliegendste an der Homezone war der Mystery "YOGTZE" (GC2V6QP), was uns einmal wieder in die Ecke oberhalb von Heidelberg führte.

Natürlich haben wir auch um diesen Cache herum noch ein wenig aufgeräumt und somit war dieser Cache hier heute unsere Station #3. Der obligatorische Wasserzapf-Muggel, der zum Inventar aller Brunnencaches in Heidelberg gehört, war selbstverständlich auch im Dienst ... aber zum Glück liegt die Dose ja ein wenig vom Zapfhahn entfernt [:o)]
