Sirens are the mythical creatures, half women, half fishes. They are the heroesses of numerous mythos and legends. One of them is the legend of the origins of Warsaw. Fishers have captured a siren and kept her in slavery. A young peasant has rescued her, and as a gratetude, she promised to protect his settlement (which further grown up to Warsaw city) from any dangers.
On the central square of Old Town, there she is, with shield and sword, ready to protect the city from its enemies.
Your task is to find another depiction of siren, a monument, a refiel, a painting or anything else, which has not been already logged, and provide the exact GPS coordinates together with at least one picture taken by you.
This is a virtual Safari-Cache. It isn't placed on any predefined location, but can be logged anywhere. The given coordinates are only an example

I knew Copenhagen as "the city of the mermaid" but apparently Warsaw has not only one (famous) mermaid, but many, many more. While visiting Old Town I found a historic depiction of the 'Warsaw mermaid' at the door of the archcathedral. This version has wings and legs in addition to the fish tail.

Esta escultura, de "La Sirena", la hemos encontrado en "Porto Cristo" (Mallorca/Islas Baleares/España).
Es obra del escultor "Pere Ferrer Pujol" (1934 - 2001), más conocido como "Pere Pujol".
La obra fue realizada en 1988, para conmemorar el primer centenario del nacimiento de la localidad de "Porto Cristo".
