🍃 A slatinai óriás mamutfenyő 🏰✨
🌳 A matuzsálem: A szlavóniai Slatinában álló óriás mamutfenyő (Sequoiadendron giganteum) Horvátország egyetlen védett példánya ebből a fajból, és Európa egyik legöregebbje! 🌲✨ A fát a 19. században ültette a Schaumburg-Lippe hercegi család. 🏰
🏆 Elismerései: A több mint 150 éves védett természeti emlék 2021-ben elnyerte a horvátországi Év Fája címet, majd a 2022-es Európai Év Fája versenyben a megtisztelő 2. helyezést érte el. 🥈🇭🇷

🍃 Giant Sequoia of Slatina 🏰✨
🌳 The Ancient Giant: Located in Slatina, Slavonia, this Giant Sequoia (Sequoiadendron giganteum) is the only protected specimen of its species in Croatia and one of the oldest in Europe! 🌲✨ It was planted in the 19th century by the noble Schaumburg-Lippe family. 🏰
🏆 Awards: This protected natural monument, over 150 years old, won the Croatian Tree of the Year title in 2021 and placed 2nd in the European Tree of the Year contest in 2022. 🥈🇭🇷
