BTW, these are exactly the starting coordinates of our cache Klammheimlich (GCG228). Both caches can be combined nicely. More nice close-by caches in the beautiful Binger Forest that can be combined into an eventful day for the complete family are, for example, Villa Rustica (GCG0QQ) or Der Wald hat viele Gesichter (GCKXAK). Please have also a look at Erlebnis-Pfad Binger Wald.
Except of the famous last few meters, you can reach the cache via comfortable trails. At the final location, the terrain is quite steep. So, please use caution, in particular with smaller children. Most of all: Enjoy the hunt!

Dieser Cache ist auf geocaching.com (GC1R3GF) archiviert und hier nicht mit dem Attribut "OC only" versehen. Das letzte Funddatum liegt lange zurück und die Logs bei geocaching.com lassen darauf schließen, das der Cache nicht mehr existiert. Aus diesem Grunde archiviere ich ihn auch hier. Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben und der Cache wieder aktiviert werden, so kann dies durch den Owner selbstständig über die Funktion "Cache bearbeiten" erfolgen.

Auf unserer SonntagTour durch den Binger Wald angelaufen. Nach langer und Anstrengender Suche leider nicht gefunden.

Bei bestem Wetter ging es heute mit meiner Liebsten und "Gast"-Hund nach Bingen um dort den Binger Wald unsicher zu machen. Eine kleine Tour von 8 KM lies uns auch an dieser Dose vorbei kommen. Vielen Dank für den Cache.

Nach der Earthcache Lehrstunde haben wir noch eine kleine Kletterrunde eingeschoben um den Ausblick ein paar Meter weiter unten zu genießen und das Döschen zu suchen.
