This is a Letterbox-Hybrid-Cache, i.e. it can be found without a
GPS, only using the hints and a compass. The letterbox does not
contain anything for trading, only the logbook and a rubber stamp
which has to remain in the cache. Using the rubber stamp you can
mark your visit in your own logbook. If you own a personal rubber
stamp you can mark your visit in the cache's logbook.- No GPS needed but a compass!
- Nothing to trade!
- The rubber stamp has to remain in the cache!
- No inking pad in the cache.
- Bring your own logbook, personal rubber stamp and personal logbook (if available)!
I'd be more than happy to assist you creating and carving your own personal rubber stamp!
The given coordinates point to the tower ("Schloßbergturm").
Caution: You have to be free from giddiness!
The letterbox cannot be found without some numbers from the topmost platform!
The following values are available on the indicated steps or on the topmost platform:

Checksum: W + M + S + C = 380
From now on several plates on your way will provide interesting information about the old fortress (sorry, only available in German).
From the tower follow the "upper communication" ("obere Kommunikation").
Pass the "Stock" and go to the upper castle ("Oberes Schloß").
From the "Oberes Schloß" plate go on at bearing (W)° until you reach the (M)th milestone.
All milestones count which are right beside the path (for clearness: to the left and right of course) or are meant to belong to the path (at one point an arc is branching which of course does not count). Watch out, there are several different types which all do count!
From the milestone go (S) short steps (adjusted to the terrain) at bearing (C)°.
The letterbox is hidden in a former tree.
Caution! You can be watched from the path. Please seek and log carefully. Perhaps someone can guard standing on the path. But it's not that crowded.

Ich habe diese Dose vor langer Zeit gefunden und geloggt, da sie auch auf geocaching.com gelistet ist.
Seit kurzem auch einen OC-Account erstellt und da ich diesen hier in dem Sinne auch schon besucht habe, erlaube ich mir einen "Found it" (Im Logbuch stehe ich selbstverständlich). Ich hoffe auf Verständnis des jeweiligen Owners.
Sollte es ein Problem mit meinem Nachlog geben, bitte ich den jeweiligen Owner mich zu kontaktieren.
Es ist mir ebenfalls bewusst, dass dieser Nachlog dem einen oder anderen tollen/favoritenwürdigen Cache vielleicht nicht ganz gerecht wird.
Ich danke dem Owner für den Cache, insbesondere, dass er auch auf Opencaching.de gelistet ist.

I found and logged this cache a long time ago since the cache is also listed on geocaching.com
I have just registered on opencaching.de and found, that a number of caches are listed on both platforms. Therefore I allow myself to log this cache as "found it" (my nickname is of course in the logbook). I thank any owner for his/her understanding.

Dieser Cache ist seit mehr als einem Jahr „momentan nicht verfügbar“; daher wird er automatisch archiviert. Er kann vom Besitzer jederzeit instand gesetzt und reaktiviert werden.

Tags zuvor zu später Stunde etwas verzählt - es war einfach zu dunkel. Heute etwas früher hin, den richtigen gefunden und dann konnte ich - nachdem der Hase geflohen war 
- in Ruhe loggen. Schön gemachte Runde, vor allem erstaunlich, dass es sich so nahe an der Stadt in Ruhe suchen lässt, denn es war schlicht einfach gar nichts los hier oben.

Bitte bei Statusänderungen, die bei geocaching.com durchgeführt werden, auch immer hier den Status ändern. Analog zu GC setze ich den Status für diesen Cache jetzt auf "Momentan nicht verfügbar". Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben und der Cache wieder aktiviert werden, so kann dies durch den Owner selbstständig über ein "Kann gesucht werden Log" erfolgen.

Dieser Letterbox stand schon soooooooooooooooo lange auf der 2Do Liste
heute war es endlich so weit. Mit der Bahn ging es schon mal ein ganzes
Stückchen den Berg hinauf....und dann ging es noch weiter hoch....ganz
hoch....man hatte ich einen Drehwurm....aber alle Fragen konnten
beantwortet werden....und so machten wir uns auf den Weg....am Schluss
hatten wir irgendwie nen Wurm drin....aber wir wurden trotz allem
fündig....
