The coordinates are the starting point.
At first it applies to scan or fix the temperature of the medium which comes out of the object.
Furthermore it will be necessary to search the year, the object was first documentary mentioned and the former name of the object, at that time.
the coordinates of the webcam then results from the original coordinates according these formulas:
temperature in °C*2,5 = A
year, the object was first documentary mentioned = B
number of letters of the former name of the object at the time it was first documentary mentioned = C
(hint: transform special german vowels into 1 single letter)
latitude:
N 50°05. (182+A)'
longitude:
E 008°14. 532- ((A mod C) * (B mod C) + 2(B mod A))'
Moreover you have to find the url of the webcam by yourself, reflect about the (german) name of the cache.
Take a picture of you and your team (cheese) in front of the webcam (laptop or call a friend at home) and add this picture to your log.

Maybe it would be helpful to prepare some things before starting and not yet on spot.
If you travel by car please check for legal parking because the local police is on patrol until evening.
The universe of Taunusstrasse would be a pleasant trip for the late evening too but unfortunately the pictures of the webcam are not of good quality after dusk.

Wie zuvor angekündigt erfolgt hier nun die Archivierung. Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben und der Cache wieder aktiviert werden, so kann dies durch den Owner selbstständig über die Funktion "Cache bearbeiten" erfolgen.

Den Logs auf geocaching.com zufolge ist die Webcam nicht mehr online. Der Owner sollte hier dringend die Lage überprüfen, bis dahin setze ich den Status auf "Momentan nicht verfügbar".
Sollte innerhalb eines Monats (26.05.2013) keine Rückmeldung erfolgen, werde ich den Cache archivieren

Den haben wir gestern erst recht spät entdeckt, und zwar noch besucht, aber das Foto ist wohl eher nichtssagend. 
Aber die Taunusstrasse ist einen Besuch allemal wert, hier gibt's schon einiges zu sehen. Gegenüber saßen einige Muggels, die uns komisch beobachteten, als wir die URL gesucht haben, aber bei einem Webcam-Cache ist das ja kein Problem. 
Leider ist das in der Beschreibung genannte Tool zum finden der Webcam-Url nicht verfügbar, und scheinbar ist die Webcam derzeit auch gar nicht online, zumindest hat mir das Onkel Google gestern auf dem Handy erzählen wollen (siehe angehängten Screenshot). So haben wir halt ein Foto von mir am (hoffentlich richtigen) Zielort gemacht.
Ich hoffe, es zählt.
