"Flagman Thiel" [Mini Lost Place]
Here you will find a relic of earlier times. In old maps of the entry "B. W." at this point is recorded what clues on a flagman. This may have been a railroad crossing, which were occupied until the 50s in still with staff, or a signal box were placed in the tracks and signals. If someone more about the history of this place, he can do is tell you!
There is little remains, but see for yourself ...
Always reminded me of this place to the novel "Flagman Thiel" by Gerhart Hauptmann.
In contrast, the railway line in operation.
The tracks may and must be entered at any time! Also at the Pylon you will find nothing!

Ein nächster freier Vormittag und wir wollten Richtung Papenburg, denn da gibts noch viel "frisches" Grün für uns :) So haben wir uns heute die nördliche Ecke von Papenburg ausgesucht und uns von Cache zu Cache vorgearbeitet. Unterwegs haben wir auch noch einen weiteren Cacher entdeckt...oder besser er uns ;) War eine schöne Runde, nur das Wetter hätte entschieden besser sein dürfen, denn es war ordentlich windig heute.

Mein erster Cache auf opencaching und gleich ein FTF.
Zusammen mit JB 94 und lüttje düwel konnten wir diesen Cache schnell finden und muggelfrei loggen.
