Go to the coordinates N46° 8.099' E8° 27.998'.
You will be in front of a webcam that takes a picture every 5 minutes.
Now you need someone to save the picture of yourself taken by the webcam
or save it as a screenshot on your smartphone.
To log this cache, you have to post this picture. The picture should allow to identify you.
How you do that is up to you, if you want:
holding up an umbrella, banners, warning vests, balloons, headlights, or cheering into the camera...
all the purpose is welcome!

Begebt Euch zu den Koordinaten. Dort steht Ihr vor einer Webcam, die jede 5 Minuten fotografiert.
Nun braucht Ihr nur noch jemanden zu bitten, ein Bild von der Webcam zu speichern.

Um diesen Cache zu loggen müsst Ihr ein Foto von Euch posten,

Bei unsere Valle Mergozzo Tour haben wir uns gerne in Santa Maria Maggiore aufgehalten und diese Webcam am Piazza Risorgimento gefunden. Das historische Dorf ist zurecht Träger der "Bandiera Arancione" des TCI. Die Kamera muß irgendwo oben am "neuem" Rathaus installiert sein.

I have adopted this webcam cache from GEO.
During a check I found out: sadly this webcam doesn't seem to be the one, where the coords show.
thus I have to deactivate this listing, until I can clear the situation personally in santa maria maggiore.
