Pointe du Diable, also known as Devils Point, was a coastal artillery location with anti-ship cannons and fortifications created to protect invasions of enemies from the sea. It was created by the French soldiers to fight out any invasions, particularly from the British soldiers. Today, it remains as a historical viewpoint and a place to relax with the cannons and fortifications still holding firm.

ha trovato la geocache
Auf unserer heutigen Tour, die Ostküste entlang, kamen wir auch hier vorbei und konnten ein paar schöne Schnappschüsse machen. Tolle Gegend. Danke für's herführen sagt Team 93Roma aus Germany
