The cache container is on the upper side of a grid box filled with stones (see spoiler picture). It is a film canister.
If you go to the north, to the water, you can have a panoramic view of the Nikolaikirche (left) and the Petrikirche (right).

Ich muss hier leider die Meldung eines Cachers der vergeblich suchte bestätigen, es wurde der komplette Steg abgebaut. Wo bisher ein langer Holzsteg auf Gabionen / Steinkäfigen stand, der bis zum Angler-Steg an der Warnow führte, ist jetzt nichts mehr. Da die ganze Gegend 80% des Jahres komplett unter Wasser steht (so wie jetzt auch gerade) und ich keine Wathose dabei hatte, konnte ich gar nicht nachsehen ob noch irgendwelche Steganlagen vorhanden sind.
Auch wurden die Gabionen als Barriere am Parkplatz aufgestellt, um den Zugang zum Weg zu erschweren, der dorthin führt wo früher der Steg war.
Anscheinend ist es nicht mehr erwünscht, dass erholungsuchende Menschen sich hier am schönen Anblick erfreuen können. Somit ist der ganze Platz leider nach fast 13 Jahren obsolet geworden, und ich muss den Cache archivieren.

Vor 5 Jahren schon einmal erfolglos hier gewesen, aber heute ging alles ganz schnell und nun steht auch mein Name im Logbuch.
