Description Deutsch (German)

The first cache on Thassos leads you to the higest mountain with a great panorama view. It is located about 100m below the peak, near the place to park your car - or - near the place you say "i've done it", if you walk up to the 1204m Ipsarion. The cache is placed under a rock, hidden by a flat stone. Spoiler pictures will follow soon

Small note on cache maintenance: Relatives living nearby with the account "wcolli" will assist with any needed cache maintenance.

Bitte bei Statusänderungen, die bei geocaching.com durchgeführt werden, auch immer hier den Status ändern.
Dieser Cache ist auf geocaching.com (GC149JG) archiviert und hier nicht mit dem Attribut "OC only" versehen. Das letzte Funddatum liegt lange zurück und die Logs hier und auf geocaching.com lassen darauf schließen, dass der Cache nicht mehr existiert. Aus diesem Grunde archiviere ich ihn auch hier. Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben, so kann dieses Listing durch den Owner selbständig über ein "kann gesucht werden"-Log reaktiviert werden.
Bei Unklarheiten oder Fragen kannst du gerne mich oder das Team kontaktieren.

On our jeep tour today we also reached Ipsarion. The spoiler pictures were both easy to identify, and the spot quickly located, but there was no cache anymore.
We also looked at a few different places around, but had no luck.

We signed the other log on top of the hill instead. :-)

02 October 2010 Tuemmler_98 found the geocache

Wir haben drei Anläufe gebraucht um zum Cache zu kommen.

Am Ende waren wir mit dem Quad oben und wurden mit einer super Rundumsicht belohnt.

Der Cache ist nicht so einfach zu finden, aber ausser Aussicht und dem Cache gibts ja dort nix :-) :-) :-)
