Moria belongs to the Lord-of-the-Rings-Serial. The coordinates above show the parking area.
You have to calculate the coordinates for the cache after finding the missing words in two quotations which are given in this text. You need an edition of Lord of the Rings, so you can look up the quotation to complete the text.

Use the missing numbers (?) to calculate the location of Moria.Take two times the number of the steps, subtract the amount of hours multiplied by three and add two, then you will get A.
Take half of the number of the hours, multiply them by the number of the steps and add
ten times of the amount of hours. Subtract two and you get B.

Here you will discover a tree, which bears a reflector. Look to the east, the degrees accord to the number of hours multiplied by ten. Follow this direction for about 15 m and look for Moria.
If you want to be quick, you may find the cache within 1 km of the parking area. If you tow a stroller or something similar you will have to take a longer track. Look where you place your feet in the final region.
In the Cache you will find a note for a bonus cache, belonging to the Lord-of-the-Rings-Serial (GC1MXEK). Best you take one of the notes with you.
Night-Caching
It is possible to look for the Cache at night, for the tree and the final are provided with reflectors. Pleace be very careful in the final region!

Nach dem Auenland und Lothlorien sind wir heute in Moria angekommen (dachten wir zumindest) 😳. Denn nach dem wir uns eine Stunde lang nen Wolf gesucht haben, kam es uns komisch vor. Wir hatten schon die Befürchtung das der Cache nicht mehr an seinem Platz lag. Das tat er jedoch. Als ich die Koordinaten nochmals via Geo Checker überprüfte, war es klar das wir nix fanden. Wir, bzw ich habe einen groben Rechenschnitzer fabriziert. Bei der Ost Koordinate hatte ich mich doch glatt um 100 Sekunden vertan (peinlich). Wir, die neuen Koords eingehämmert und siehe daaaa, liegt doch dieser Cache da, wo er hingehört 🤣
Auch dieser Ort ist wie bereits gewohnt, superschön gewählt.

Drei der HdRiOdw konnte ich noch zu Fuß bzw per Fahrrad erreichen. Der Rest ist all zu arg über den Odenwald verteilt. Und in der Schublade sollten sie auch nicht zu laaaange liegen bleiben. Also organisierte ich mir ein Vehikel, um die anderen Stationen aufzusuchen.
Ein beeindruckender Ort! Aber nachts würde ich nicht gerne hier herum stolpern.
Danke für diesen schönen Mystery 😊
Im Logbuch haben sich auch etliche Muggels eingetragen.
Für die Reflektoren war ich wohl zu blind, oder sind sie weg?

Die Rätsel der Serie sind schon lange gelöst. Heute konnte ich mal wieder ein paar der Dosen einsammeln. Sehr schöne Serie. Vielen Dank!

Der Waldspaziergang zum Cache war bei 34 °C genau das Richtige! Tolle Location, super Cache!
Problematisch war jedoch, dass kein Reflektor zu finden war. Aber mithilfe der beschriebenen Peilung an den Zielkoordinaten und etwas Cacher-Verstand konnte schließlich das pelzige Logbuch geborgen werden.
P.S. Auch mit einer Rückwärtspeilung vom Cache aus (vorgegebene Peilung + 180 °) konnte der Reflektor nicht aus gemacht werden. Böser Reflektor!
