Wind und Wasser formen Dünen und Täler - die Entstehung der Senne
Die früheste bisher nachgewiesene Bildung von Dünen der Senne fällt in die letzte Phase der Weichsel-Kaltzeit vor 10 - 11.000 Jahren. Eine Düne dieses Alters befindet sich in der Gemeinde Hövelhof, die Alkenbrink Düne.

Leider nicht gefunden. Haben den G....s.... zwar gefunden aber leider den Cache nicht. Ca. 3m neben meiner vermuteten Funstelle hat irgendjemand wilde Erdarbeiten betrieben. Das einzige was noch zu finden war, war eine leere Klarsichthülle. Sehr schade...
