In den 50er Jahren wurde die Aue sehr begradigt, 1988 wurde den daraus resultierenden folgen endlich Beachtung gewidmet und es wurde wieder mehr Raum für die Aue geschaffen wodurch sogar ein ehemals verlandeter See hier wieder Wasser hält.

Den Ort haben Werra und ich in unseren Rundweg mit eingebaut. Hier hab ich mich schon auf ne längere Suche eingestellt. Werra hat mich allerdings "enttäuscht", ein Griff und Sie hielt ihn in den Händen. Schmoll. Vielen Dank dafür.
