When in 2008 after the local elections the longtime-mayor of Osterzell got retired, there were some goods friends who installed this bank for him. They thought he should always have a place for getting an overview of his nice little village.
Maybe such an "overview-bank" is a good idea for quite a few active mayors too, but let us drop this subject.

Now it's your turn feeling as an (old) mayor. Take seat and get your "work" done. But before, try to get an overview where all these things are located that we show you on the photos. To do so, it is quite useful that you look a little bit around at the parking and at the bank.

And this is your challenge:

Sit down at the middle of the bank, arrange the pictures clockwise (no matter which is first) and write down the numbers of the pictures in the fields of the prepared circle. Now in this circle you will find one 5-digits-block for the north value and one 5-digits-block for the east value. You should know where they start.
Hint: The digits are clockwise in the correct sequence.
