Mini-Multi consisting of two stations. Approx. 1.5 h walk.
Nearly at the same time as Stonehenge and the Pyramids of Gizeh were built, also here in the Sachsenwald some busy building activity took place. Surely not that impressive, but also in a remarkable scale. A sign of the local Archaeological Office tells details of this considerable place on-site. Remarks: The location of station no.1 is a national archaeological monument. All digging or stonemoveing activities are prohibited there. This would also be totally unnecessary because both caches are hidden more or less on eye-level. North of the final cache the area belongs to the 'Billetal - nature sanctuary'. Leaving the ways is not allowed there. Please insert the final carefully back into its 'housing', which might take some time and patience. Official parking area can be found at N53°32.686‘ E010°17.519‘. From here it takes 45 min to station 1. The property of 'Fördern & Wohnen‘ may be entered. There you will also find a small café if needed. Hiking boots and/or mountainbike are advised. Good luck!

Einer vorliegenden Meldung zufolge ist der Cache auf einen Privatgrundstück. Der Owner sollte hier dringend den Sachverhalt klären; bis dahin setze ich den Status auf "Momentan nicht verfügbar".
Sollte innerhalb eines Monats (d.h. bis zum 30.11.14) keine Rückmeldung erfolgen, werde ich den Cache archivieren.

Alles gefunden, schöne Tour, vielen dank. Haben 3 Stunden gebraucht aber das hätte nicht sein müssen... Immerhin 2,07€ bei unseren anfänglichen Suchaktionen gefunden! TFTC

das war unsere Cache Premiere und gleich so eine schöne.
Habe mit meiner Frau einen wunderschönen Tag im Sachsenwald verbracht, wunderbares Versteck, herrliche Gegend.
Das macht Lust auf mehr.

Schön. Zu diesem Startpunkt konnte ich einen guten Kilometer durch den schönen Wald wandern. Und dann findet man tatsächlich solche historischen Überreste. Finde ich immer wieder faszinierend. Natürlich fand ich auch die Finalkoords.
Also wieder ein Stückchen wandern und dann das Versteck gut gefunden.
Danke für den netten Kurzmulti in toller Umgebung.
