Bad Nauheim is the second largest city of the Wetterau district. The town attracts since quite some time a lot of guests. It also has been visited by many celebrities from culture politics and sports. This cache introduces you to a few famous guests and inhabitants of this spa town.

Above shown coordinates are just an indication for the position of the cache. To get the exact position you need to find the answers to the questions below. You may find some information about Bad Nauheim, its guests and inhabitants on the homepage of the town or in Wikipedia. However, to solve the quiz it is sometimes necessary to do further research.

All celebrities mentioned below have a relationship to Bad Nauheim. The questions do not ask for the relationship, but should encourage you to engage with them.

D.) Elvis Aron Presley
From 1958 to 1960 Elvis Presley was posted as US Army private in the Friedberg barracks. At this time the King of Rock 'n' Roll stood in Bad Nauheim. E.) Bruno Kisch
The Cardiologist Bruno Kisch co-founded in 1927 the Germany Cardic Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Herz- und Kreislaufforschung) headquartered in Bad Nauheim. He visited Bad Nauheim regularly in the 1960s. In 1966 he suffered pneumonia and died. Kisch also founded the American College of Cardiology in the USA. In what year became Kisch president of the ACC?

G.) Albert Einstein
The physicist Albert Einstein visited Bad Nauheim in 1920. He participated in the 86. Versammlung der Gesellschaft Deutscher Naturforscher und Ärzte – a convention of natural scientists and medical professionals. The attendance list contained many other important scientists and Nobel prize laureates. Einstein won the Nobel prize one year after the convention for “his services to Theoretical Physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect”. There was one particular year in which Albert Einstein gathered a big part of his scientific achievements of Albert Einstein. In this year Einstein published several highly ranked publications. H.) Elisabeth Empress of Austria and Queen of Hungary and Bohemia

Feierabendcacherunde mit ergodragonegg in Bad Nauheim, ein perfekter Start in's Wochenende!
Beim Rätsel hat mir netterweise beti84 geholfen, da ich trotz längerer Recherche beim Checker kein grünes Licht bekam. Vor Ort mußten wir zweimal vorbeischauen, weil zum Beginn der Cachetour noch Muggels die Örtlichkeit belagerten, die sich gegen Ende der Cacherunde aber zum Glück verzogen hatten.
Danke für das Rätsel. Erstaunlich, wieviele Celebrities neben Elvis schon in Bad Nauheim waren!
