This small multicache will show you the Raulwingplatz in St. Aldegund. Nothing special, but expect a nice vew.
The hike is approx 3 km long, goes uphill and mostly on a agreeable track.
You can park your car at N 50° 04.840 E 007° 07.852 [PA22E4T]. Don´t park it in the Village.
In the Village you follow the Bergstrasse at N50 04.871 E7 07.775 [GC22E4T] you´ll find a sign towards Raulwigplatz.
At N50 04.522 E7 07.592 [S122E4T] the next signpost is awating you. Find out how many grapes (not berrys) are on the whole post.The number be A:__
Now follow the track to N50 04.706 E7 07.604 [S222E4T]. There the number of spokes be B:__
Follow the paved road. It is a longer way this time. The track will ecome unpaved later on. At Bei N50 04.851 E7 07.554 [S322E4T] you have reached the next signpost. How many animals tow the cart here? This be C:__
Please follow the sign for Raulwigplatz towards the east [R122E4T und R222E4T]. At N50 04.845 E7 07.491 [R122E4T] you can use a shortcut if you feel for it. Otherwise go via N50 04.813 E7 07.318 [R222E4T]
Arriving at Raulwigplatz N50 04.824 E7 07.481 [S422E4T]. Befor enjoing the spectacular view, please find out what the sign says about the height above sea level.

Standardtext vorweg
Heute standen erneut drei Multis auf dem Programm. Dazu fuhr ich mit Coco nach St. Aldegund. Hier gab es einen schon etwas älteren Multi, der schon länger auf der Liste stand. Und zwei neue, die ich auch unbedingt machen wollte. Unterwegs kam ich an zwei Tradis und einem Earthcache vorbei. Bei bestem Frühlingswetter kamen wir auf 11,3 Kilometer und 440 Höhenmeter.
Und sonst
Dieser Multi war gegenläufig zu meiner Runde, so dass ich zunächst an der letzten Station ankam. Immerhin, die dortigen Variablen waren schon recht ergiebig. Nach ein wenig überlegen, rumrechnen und ausprobieren fanden sich schlüssige Koordinaten, die mich zielsicher zur Dose brachten. Die anderen Stationen habe ich dann auf der weiteren Runde (bis auf Station 1) noch besucht.
Danke für die Büx an diesem interessanten Ort. Hier zu feiern macht bestimmt Spaß. Nur des nachts da runter fahren möchte ich eher nicht.

Nach einer Übernachtung auf dem WOMO-Stellplatz St.Aldegund wollten wir uns noch ein bisschen die Beine vertreten und da ist ein Multi immer willkommen. Also ab Richtung Weinberge und den Ausblick, leider leicht vernebelt.. und das kam nicht vom Wein.. genießen.
Der Weg ist sehr schön angelegt und die einzelnen Stationen sind gut zu finden. Am Ende wurden wir nicht nur mit einer schönen Aussicht, sondern auch mit einer Dose belohnt.
Nach unserem Eintrag in das Logbuch sind wir dann auch gleich noch zur Josefshöhe
weitergewandert.
